claim it as defective. We accept returns within terms unconditionally. For
proper return you need to call, or e-mail to us with request for Return Material
Authorization (RMA) number, which we would like to see on any package coming to
our warehouse. This number will be given to you immediately and without any
pressure.

Shipping Information

Lan Optics International preferred shipping carrier at this time is Postal
Service, which seems the best alternative to the average size and
weight of our packages. It allows us to
balance delivery speed, safety, and cost. If you missed delivery by Postal
Service, you will not be forced to stay home next day waiting for parcel and
will be able to simply pick up your package from your local Post Office at
any time convenient to you within 10 days after you received your "missed
delivery" note.

Shipping charges
displayed in your order form. In some cases for combined, multiply, heavy
or oversized items additional shipping charges may be required to cover our shipping
expenses. At such occasion we will send you request for additional charge with
detailed explanations.
Attention international customers!

Due to
significant variation in shipping options and cost of shipping for different
foreign destinations shipping charge may not appear in your initial order.
While processing your order we will send you request for payment of shipping
charges and hold your parcel until payment for shipping has been received.
It helps us to keep shipping charges at reasonable level and avoid shipping
overcharge. If you prefer to get quote for shipping cost in advance,

Return Policy

Please be advised that the
product description and data sheets on the site based on
limited information supplied mostly by manufactures, our testing results, and
from other sources related to commercial advertisement. While we strongly
believe that all the information on our site is true and correct, Lan Optics
International does not accept any responsibility for full compliance of the
product to the given specifications as well as for any mistakes made in in the
product description. You have to decide for yourself if you trust the data found
on our site.

We understand
that you order product without seeing it and sometimes with limited knowledge about the product nature.
After you receive the product you may decide that your
expectations were too high, or you found similar or better product offered by
competitors for much less money (which is usually not the case), or your circumstances may be changed at the time the item rich your
door. To make you feel comfortable dealing with us we give you 15 days of
unconditional return with full refund (shipping charges excluded). We start
our count from the day you actually received the product. For remote
locations and foreign orders return terms could be extended. See details in
INTERNATIONAL ORDER RETURNS.

arrange for return you need to contact us over e-mail, or by phone for Return
Authorization Number (RMA), Please refer to the invoice number attached to
your parcel. There is no need to abuse the product to claim it as
defective, but any defects found should be claimed. RMA number will be given to you immediately and without any

Please be aware that registered RMA number should be shown on returned
package to be accepted. Otherwise, package will come back to you as refused.

Please
find below few basic rules you have to follow while return the product:
1. Returned product should not have any unclaimed damage, defects, or
missing parts. It should be
in new conditions and in the original package with the manual and invoice. If it
is visible transportation damage on the package that resulted to damage to
the product, please inform us within 5 days and keep all packaging material ready
for inspection.
2. All returns should be properly packed and safely delivered. We do not accept any responsibility for the
unauthorized returns, transportation damages, lost, or undelivered packages. If
any product, or parts of the product missing in the back shipment, the charge
for replacement will be applied to your account. Minimum charge for missing
parts is $10.00.
3. Detailed return instructions clearly outlined on the bottom of the invoice attached to the parcel. Do not discard the invoice. It is your
proof of purchase from Lan Optics Intl.
4. If for authorized return we do not have product back in our shelves
on the 16th day after you
received it, you may be subject to 15% restocking charge.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER RETURNS. Return terms may be extended to give the customer enough physical
time to comply with return requirements. These extensions usually related with
the quantity orders or remote deliveries and should be granted and confirmed by
Lan Optics International in writing or over e-mail. Return date may
not be extended more than a 30 days from the day
merchandise shipped to the Customer.

UNAVAILABLE
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION ORDER RETURNS.
In some cases Carrier may not provide
delivery confirmation for the service selected (delivery to the Military Unit,
for example),
or Customer may not pick up the parcel from the Carrier for the long time, or
Customer may refuse or delay to pay the duties and applicable taxes for the parcel, or
Customer refuse delivery, or Customer provided wrong or not compete delivery
address and so on ... In such or similar cases Lan Optics International will
determine delivery date by the reasonable estimation based on information
provided by the Carrier for delivery time to the requested location and will
finalize sale based on this estimation. If shipment returned to Lan Optics
for refused delivery or wrong/not complete address reasons all the expenses
including handling fees will be deducted from customer refund.

ORDER
CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER. Order may be cancelled by
customer at any time prior to shipment. Depending on the
processing expenses involved at the time of cancellation (credit card discount fees, warehouse shipping
expense, handling, and others) restocking fee will be deducted from refund. For
obvious reason the order can not be cancelled after shipment has been made.

PLEASE BE
AWARE!
Customer should observe and comply with his local
Laws and Regulations on possession and use of the product purchased. We do not
accept responsibility for long delivery delays or seizures of the shipments by
your local Customs, or other Authorities as soon as we comply with the
export regulations requirements for the transaction.

Lan Optics Warranty Provisions
|
LAN
INTERNATIONAL warrants its Night Vision and Daylight Optical Brands shall be
free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service
for one year from the original date of purchase. LAN INTERNATIONAL will
repair or replace such product or part thereof which, on inspection by LAN
INTERNATIONAL, is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. As a
condition to the obligation of LAN INTERNATIONAL to repair or replace such
product, the product must be returned after submitted by LAN INTERNATIONAL
Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #). Payment for the back shipment
paid by customer and should be submitted with shipment or on authorization.
LAN INTERNATIONAL ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS.
THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH, ALTERED, OR
MODIFIED IN ANY WAY, OR SUBJECTED TO ABUSE, MISUSE, MISHANDLING, OR
UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR.
IF ANY PARTS LISTED IN THE PRODUCT MANUAL ARE MISSING, OR PRODUCT HAS DAMAGE
OR DEFECT AT THE TIME IT IS RECEIVED BY PURCHASER, LAN INTERNATIONAL HAS TO
BE NOTIFIED FIVE WORKING DAYS FOLLOWING THE DAY WHEN PRODUCT RECEIVED. LAN
INTERNATIONAL WILL NOT ACCEPT LATE CLAIMS RELATED WITH MISSING PARTS, AND
VISIBLE MECHANICAL DAMAGE. FATHER, PRODUCT MALFUNCTION OR DETERIORATION DUE
TO THE NORMAL WEAR IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY.
LAN
INTERNATIONAL reserve the rights to replace any product which has been
discontinued from the product line with a new product of comparable market
value and function. In the event no product of comparable value and function
is available, LAN INTERNATIONAL may, in lieu of replacement, pay to the
direct purchaser the current fair market value of the product in serviceable
condition. All refund related returns for the LAN INTERNATIONAL product not
purchased directly from LAN INTERNATIONAL should be directed to the Seller
and should comply with the Seller Return Policy.
LAN
INTERNATIONAL DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHETHER OF
MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET
FORTH HEREIN. THE SOLE OBLIGATION OF LAN INTERNATIONAL UNDER THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY SHALL BE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE COVERED PRODUCT IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN. LAN INTERNATIONAL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY
LOST OF PROFITS, GENERAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHICH MAY
RESULT FROM BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY, OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY
TO USE ANY LAN INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT.
To
obtain a warranty the owner has to fill out attached warranty card (IF
SUBMITTED) within thirty (30) days of purchase and return it to LAN
INTERNATIONAL. If no card has been returned, the warranty for the product
will be our standard one year warranty from the date of release.
We
congratulate you with the purchase you made and hope that our product will
work for you for a long time trouble
free.
But
if you need by chance any technical assistance with the product use or feel
that you need repair, please write, call, or fax to our Customer Service
DEPARTMENT and we will try to resolve your problems on the best possible
manner.
