First Time Visitors
  • You may place your order over the internet using our secure data encryption, by telephone, fax, or by mail.
    You may contact us over the phone or e-mail with any questions you may have. We are happy to  help you to choose the right product for your specific applications advice about product availability and shipping alternatives. Please find our contact information in the head of this page.

  • Conforming to the local Laws regarding the purchase and use of certain items on our pages is the sole customer responsibility and at no way the responsibility of Lan Optics International!

  • We have more than 15 years of experience delivering products in the USA and worldwide and our reputation is the most valuable asset for us. We try hard to make you satisfied! Every item appears on our site as a result of careful selection based on our extensive expertise, frequent travels to manufacture sites, attending shows, field testing and comparison. Some items undergo modifications,  improvements and additions to improve reliability and bring it to the top of specification limits. We provide extensive inspection and testing for every item we ship out from warehouse and you may not expect problems related to the manufacture negligence or defective parts installed, which are the most common type of product failures for related industry.

  • For retail customers we offer 15 days no pressure unconditional return guarantee counted from the day product received by customer. Please see our Retail Return Policy for more information. Please be advised that this site targeted to the customers intended to use the product purchased.  It means your order request shows reasonable quantity for personal use, or as a gift.  For high volume orders, corporate orders, resale orders, international orders required additional routing from vendor to export point, and so on.. we may have substantial pre-sale expenses such as credit card discounts, cost of shipping material used,  extensive order related labor, extra shipment costs. While we may apply discounts for quantity volume orders we also retain the rights to modify the return terms if such conditions have place and apply extra charges, or restocking fees at return point. If you feel this may be related to your order, please feel free to discuss related issues before you place the order.

  • While returns are  always painful for both sides we want you feel happy and loyal for us. If you decide to return the product, there is no need to abuse it and claim it as defective. We accept returns within terms unconditionally. For proper return you need to call, or e-mail to us with request for Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which we would like to see on any package coming to our warehouse. This number will be given to you immediately and without any pressure.

  • We hope it is understood that in order to keep the company running we require from our customers to follow certain simple rules regarding order acceptance, returns, and warranty repairs, which are in full compliance with the State of Massachusetts and United States Laws.  While we always try to show a Good Will in resolving the problems,  non-negotiable claims or disputes should be resolved in Massachusetts State Court governed by above Laws.

Credit Card Safety 

  • Your credit card information transmitted to us in accordance with the industry-standard secure data encryption requirements. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an scrambled form and decoded when it gets to us.

  • We do not process your card with internet software, but use dedicated modem line connected to our processor.

  • We do store your credit card information in the password protected database on not shared computer and do not print it on hard copies

  • It was no any single incident with leaking credit card information reported for more than 15 years of company operations and credit card handling.

Payment Options  

Lan Optics International accepts a variety of different payment options:

  • We prefer payment type by Credit or Debit Card over our secure server. 

  • We accept PayPal payments. If PayPal logo is not displayed on the page as an option, please e-mail to us your request for PayPal payment information and we will promptly provide it.

  • We accept personal or business checks drawn from a U.S. banks. Subject for bank approval. Sorry, we do not accept checks drawn by foreign banks in currency other than $US.

  • We accept Bank or Certified Checks drawn in $US.

Shopping Cart 
  • Clicking the ADD TO SHOPPING CART button  takes you to the SHOPPING CART page. From there, you can  see estimated shipping charges, remove any item from SHOPPING CART, change item quantity, empty SHOPPING CART, continue shopping, or proceed to CHECKOUT. 

  • You can view your SHOPPING CART status by clicking on the VIEW SHOPPING CART button from any page. 

  • After you proceed to CHECKOUT you will be asked to fill personal information related to the order. You will not be able to submit information until all required fields are filled. 

  • Order becomes final only after you click SUBMIT ORDER button on the CHECKOUT page and get massage that your order came through. You will immediately receive successful order e-mail confirmation and order number from the server. From this point to cancel or change your order you will need to call or e-mail us request with reference to the order number. If you cancel order same day you place it, you usially avoid any cancellation charges. Delayed cancellations may cause some charges to adjust credit card processor service fees and discounts.

Shipping Information
  • Lan Optics International prefered shipping carrier at this time is Postal Service, which seems a good the best alternative to the average size and weight of our packages. It allows us to balance delivery speed, safety, and cost. If you missed delivery by Postal Service, you will not be forced to stay home next day waiting for parcel and will be able to simply pick up your package from your local Post Office at any time convenient to you within 10 days after you received your missed delivery note.

  • Standard shipping charges will be displayed in your Shopping Cart before you place your order. We will reduce shipping charges at processing for some light low cost items. At the same time we retain the rights to increase or add shipping charges at processing or after product shipped for combined,  multiply, heavy and oversized orders  to cover our shipping expenses.

  • Depending on the order profile we can use different carriers such as UPS or FEDEX and if you have some shipping preferences, you can also specify it in SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS while filling CHECKOUT information, or e-mail to us.

Attention international customers!

  • Shipping cost shown in SHOPPING CART is usually the maximum we charge for your order and we will reduce it at processing to the actual shipping expenses. It may include small extra handling fee for foreign credit card processing. If you submit your order form with the Sh&H charges as shown, your shipping charges will always be evaluated and adjusted if necessary to reflect actual shipping expenses. You may also request over e-mail exact shipping quote prior to placing the order and mention this quote in SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS box at CHECKOUT. Trust us, you will be charged as promised.   • Some INTERNATIONAL ORDERS may require Export License, or License Determination work prior to shipment. This is complicated and time consuming procedures and we reserve the rights to bill you for service and fees paid to third parties.

Return Policy 
  • Please be advised that the product description and data sheets on the site based on limited information supplied mostly by manufactures, our testing results, and from other sources related to commercial advertisement. While we strongly believe that all the information on our site is true and correct, Lan Optics International does not accept any responsibility for full compliance of the product to the given specifications as well as for any mistakes made in in the product description. You have to decide for yourself if you trust the data found on our site.

  • We understand   that you order product without seeing it and sometimes with limited knowledge about the product nature. After you receive the product you may decide that your expectations were too high, or you found similar or better product offered by competitors for much less money (which is usually not the case), or your circumstances may be changed at the time the item rich your door. To make you feel comfortable dealing with us we give you 15 days of unconditional return with full refund (shipping charges excluded). We start our count from the day you actually received the product. For remote locations and foreign orders return terms could be extended. See details in INTERNATIONAL ORDER RETURNS.

  • To claim return you need to contact us over e-mail, or by phone for Return Authorization Number (RMA), Please refer to the invoice number attached to your parcel.  There is no need to abuse the product to claim it as defective, but any defects found should be claimed. RMA number will be given to you immediately and without any pressure. Unless otherwise specified returns should be send to the address as shown:

    Please be aware that registered RMA number should be shown on returned package to be accepted. Otherwise, package will come back to you as refused.

  • Please find below few basic rules you have to follow while return the product:
    1. Returned product should not have any unclaimed damage, defects, or missing parts. It should be in new conditions and in the original package with the manual and invoice. If it is visible transportation damage on the package that resulted to damage to the product, please inform us within 5 days and keep all packaging material ready for inspection.
    2.  All returns should be properly packed and safely delivered. We do not accept any responsibility for the unauthorized returns, transportation damages, lost, or undelivered packages. If any product,    or parts of the product missing in the back shipment, the charge for replacement will be applied to your account. Minimum charge for missing parts is $10.00.
    3.  Detailed return instructions clearly outlined on the bottom of the invoice attached to the parcel. Do not discard the invoice. It is your proof of purchase from Lan Optics Intl.
    4.  If for authorized return we do not have product back in our shelves on the 16th day after you received it, you may be subject to 15% restocking charge.

  • INTERNATIONAL ORDER RETURNS. Return terms may be extended to give the customer enough physical time to comply with return requirements. These extensions usually related with the quantity orders or remote deliveries and should be granted and confirmed by Lan Optics International in writing or over e-mail. Return date may not be extended more than a 30 days from the day merchandise shipped to the Customer.

  • UNAVAILABLE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION ORDER RETURNS. In some cases Carrier may not provide delivery confirmation for the service selected (delivery to the Military Unit, for example), or Customer may not pick up the parcel from the Carrier for the long time, or Customer may refuse or delay to pay the duties and applicable taxes for the parcel, or Customer refuse delivery, or Customer provided wrong or not compete delivery address and so on ... In such or similar cases  Lan Optics International will determine delivery date by the reasonable estimation based on information provided by the Carrier for delivery time to the requested location and will finalize sale based on this estimation. If shipment returned to Lan Optics for refused delivery or wrong/not complete address reasons all the expenses including handling fees will be deducted from customer refund. 

  • ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER. Order may be cancelled by customer at any time prior to shipment. Depending on the processing expenses involved at the time of cancellation (credit card discount fees, warehouse shipping expense, handling, and others) restocking fee will be deducted from refund. For obvious reason the order can not be cancelled after shipment has been made.

  • PLEASE BE AWARE! 
    Customer should observe and comply with his local Laws and Regulations on possession and use of the product purchased. We do not accept responsibility for long delivery delays or seizures of the shipments by your local Customs, or other Authorities as soon as we comply with the export  regulations requirements for the transaction.

Lan Optics Warranty Provisions

LAN INTERNATIONAL warrants its Night Vision and Daylight Optical Brands shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the original date of purchase. LAN INTERNATIONAL will repair or replace such product or part thereof which, on inspection by LAN INTERNATIONAL, is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. As a condition to the obligation of LAN INTERNATIONAL to repair or replace such product, the product must be returned after submitted by LAN INTERNATIONAL Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #). Payment for the back shipment paid by customer and should be submitted with shipment or on authorization.

LAN INTERNATIONAL ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS.

THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH, ALTERED, OR MODIFIED IN ANY WAY, OR SUBJECTED TO ABUSE, MISUSE, MISHANDLING, OR UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR.
IF ANY PARTS LISTED IN THE PRODUCT MANUAL ARE MISSING, OR PRODUCT HAS DAMAGE OR DEFECT AT THE TIME IT IS RECEIVED BY PURCHASER, LAN INTERNATIONAL HAS TO BE NOTIFIED FIVE WORKING DAYS FOLLOWING THE DAY WHEN PRODUCT RECEIVED. LAN INTERNATIONAL WILL NOT ACCEPT LATE CLAIMS RELATED WITH MISSING PARTS, AND VISIBLE MECHANICAL DAMAGE. FATHER, PRODUCT MALFUNCTION OR DETERIORATION DUE TO THE NORMAL WEAR IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY.

LAN INTERNATIONAL reserve the rights to replace any product which has been discontinued from the product line with a new product of comparable market value and function. In the event no product of comparable value and function is available, LAN INTERNATIONAL may, in lieu of replacement, pay to the direct purchaser the current fair market value of the product in serviceable condition. All refund related returns for the LAN INTERNATIONAL product not purchased directly from LAN INTERNATIONAL should be directed to the Seller and should comply with the Seller Return Policy.

LAN INTERNATIONAL DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHETHER OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN. THE SOLE OBLIGATION OF LAN INTERNATIONAL UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE COVERED PRODUCT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN. LAN INTERNATIONAL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LOST OF PROFITS, GENERAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHICH MAY RESULT FROM BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY, OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY LAN INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT.

To obtain a warranty the owner has to fill out attached warranty card (IF SUBMITTED) within thirty (30) days of purchase and return it to LAN INTERNATIONAL. If no card has been returned, the warranty for the product will be our standard one year warranty from the date of release.

We congratulate you with the purchase you made and hope that our product will work for you for a long time trouble free.
