Sergei Fedorov is a Russian ice hockey forward and occasional
defenseman currently playing for Metallurg Magnitogorsk of the
Continental Hockey League (KHL). Played for CSKA (Moscow), Detroit Red
Wings, Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, Columbus Blue Jackets, Washington
Capitals. On October 25, 2008, Fedorov set a record for most
goals by a Russian-born NHL player, scoring his 475th goal.

Pavel Bure is a Russian professional ice hockey right winger.
Nicknamed the Russian Rocket for his world class speed, he
played 12 seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the
Vancouver Canucks, Florida Panthers and New York Rangers. Trained in
Russia, he played three seasons with the Central Red Army team before
his NHL career. Internationally, Bure competed for the Soviet Union
and Russia. In 2005, he was named the general manager for Russia's
national Olympic team.

Alexander
Yakushev (born in Moscow on January 2, 1947) was ice hockey player
best known as one of the stars for the Soviet team that played Team
Canada in the famous 1972 Summit Series. By his style of play he was
often described as the equivalent of Canada's Phil Esposito. By the end
of the Summit Series, Yakushev lead the Soviets in scoring with 7 goals
and 4 assists for 11 points. After retiring from hockey, Yakushev
coached Spartak Moscow and the Soviet national team. He also became a
referee (Soviet Championship League, 1991 Canada Cup).

Vladislav Tretiak is a former goaltender for the Soviet Union's
national ice hockey team. Considered to be one of the greatest
goaltenders in the history of the sport, he was voted one of six
players to the International Ice Hockey Federation's (IIHF) Centennial
All-Star Team in a poll conducted by a group of 56 experts from 16
countries. He is the current president of the Ice Hockey Federation of
Russia and the general manager of the Russian 2010 Winter Olympic
team.
