With plenty of different image stabilized devices on the today market which are suitable for certain applications Gyro-Stabilized systems provide powerful uncompromised widest angle stabilization under most harsh conditions and remain the only systems acceptable for military use.
It is rarely available for consumer and you may expect to pay thousands of dollars for true gyro-stabilized waterproof unit, especially for the smart military design. Even the cheapest Russian made consumer grade Gyro by Newcon priced about $3,000. For the next level - Fuginon Gyro binoculars - the price starts from $5,000, and so on. For the item offered you will pay only small fraction of it's cost and get fully functional Gyro system.
We have few True Gyro units left from the times the export from Russia was less restricted. They are absolutely new and in perfect condition. At the time we acquired them we had a problem to replace original batteries and put devices aside. In fact the consumer batteries we tried did not work right with the precisely designed charging system supplied with the device. At now due to advancements in the power industry variety of the compact high power rechargeable batteries became easily available and we were able to locate correct replacement for which the internal device circuitry provide adequate control and support.
We tested units with attention and found that it's functionality and convenience to use is the best we have seen. It is certainly not designed for traveler and best to use from the unstable platform for viewing fast moving remote objects. It is very reliable, maintenance free unit professionally designed for described application.

Fully waterproof Gyro StabiScope 7x55 with built-in true gyro-system provides +/-7 degrees stabilization angle in each direction to compensate for the hand tremor, strong vibrations, fast platform movement and object float. Developed for military forces for observation from moving platform like land vehicle, tank, helicopter, aircraft, ship, boat, or yacht. 
Unit built as a monocular. Adjustable ocular eyepiece on the right side has built-in range reticule and removable anti-laser/image enhancement filter. Left ocular serves as a battery power  indicator. Activated with the push button it conveniently shows the remaining battery power. That helps to prevent over-discharge and prolongs battery life. 
Device comes with battery holder assembly containing 4 new standard high power NiMH long lasting rechargeable button cells, which are easily replaceable without any soldering and available from this site (see bottom of this page) in case you need to exchange them.  Charging the battery does not require to remove it from the device. It's being accomplished by connecting supplied external cable to the available power line 12- 27 V DC, or 120-220 V AC. Included three small end cable extensions provide connections to standard car cigarette lighter socket, 120 V AC wall socket, or may be customized to any socket by attaching corresponding plug to the end of spare cable extension.
Attached to the cable Intelligent Compact Charger with clip will automatically provide fast battery charge to the required level with subsequent trickle charging to compensate for natural slow battery discharge while not in use. It will always keep battery fully charged and ready to use without any damage.
Charger also feeds the device with calibrated voltage to provide full functionality while battery is not ready, or removed. During installations on the vehicles, ships, boats, aircrafts, helicopters device operation may be permanently supported by line power without need for battery recharge.
Device equipped with power switch and gyro-activation button. It is waterproof and protected from inside humid condensation with  removable and serviceable drying module (just refill module with the fresh silica gels), comes with attached hand and shoulder belts, hard case and English operation manual. Extra battery may be ordered as an option.
