Koehler illumination is for use with either model: Micmed-4 or Micmed-6.. The 8 volts 50 watt bulb is center able and focusable via a high-performance collector lens system, built-in field diaphragm and a tiltable mirror. It includes an external, variable intensity power supply and a diffusing filter. This light source is highly recommended for light demanding applications including phase contrast and dark field. Illuminator comes with variable power supply unit suitable for 220 volts electrical power. Wall plug adapter for 120 volts electrical power users supplied at no extra charge.
